What is VoIP, exactly?

VoIP is a fancy term for calling over the internet. For you, nothing changes: you call and get called just like you are used to. With Hosted VoIP the phone system lives in our cloud: we manage it, you call through the app or a desk phone. That lets you set up much more, like a phone menu or call queue.

What does it cost per month?

Our plans start at €10.95 per user per month (excl. VAT). That includes the calling app, call queues and phone menus. You pay per minute, or choose unlimited calling for €19.95 per user per month.

Can I keep my current phone number?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you simply bring your number with you. We handle the entire transfer of your number for you (also known as number porting). It usually takes 5 to 10 business days, and you stay reachable the whole time.

Do I need to buy a phone?

No, you do not. You can start calling right away with the free calling app on your smartphone or computer. Still want a physical desk phone at the office? We supply tested models that work out of the box, and we set them up for you.

How soon can I start calling after ordering?

After you order, we always get in touch personally to go over how you want to be reachable. We process every order by hand, so it is set up right from the start. A brand-new number is then ready for you. If you are moving an existing number, porting takes 5 to 10 business days on average; in the meantime, we make sure you stay reachable.

What if my internet goes down?

We have you covered. You can set calls to automatically forward to your mobile number during an outage, so customers can always reach you.

I already have a phone system at the office. Now what?

Accepted Answer

No problem. We connect your existing phone system to our network over the internet: that is called a SIP trunk. You keep your own equipment and still benefit from our sharp call rates. We take care of the connection for you.
